Window doesnt recongize wireless adapater

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 170726

I recently just bought a tp link TL-WN722n and my window 10 64bit doesn't recognize and keeps ejecting the device.

Can you describe in more details about the issue? Does it still show up under Device Manager on the computer when it quits?

If it's possible, you can try this adapter on another computer to check if there is an issue.

If none of the computers can detect it anymore, I'm afraid there is a hardware issue with it, you may contact the reseller to replace it.

BTW, please kindly verify what is the system version of the Windows 10 as this: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/.
