I carryout all the plug and play instructions and when I try to connect my device to the internet I cannot see it in the network options. Can anyone help please?

Are you getting an IP address on the device with no internet? take a screenshot of the network connection and paste here if possible.. something like below would help
Also install the TP PLC app on the device adn ensure your plugs can see eachother, personally i find the PC version of the app works best.
