USB Share Not Showing All Files

USB Share is not showing all of my files in my hard drive.

Please kindly describe how did you access the SSD hard drive, be aware that only the media files can be detected if you use media server to access it.
Can all files and folders be detected when it is plugged into the computer directly? If it is the same thing, it may relate to the SSD itself. You also can try to back up the files and format the SSD and restore it.
BTW, how many files or folders in this SSD? Try to reduce the number of it, then confirm.

I'm accessing the drive via SMB:// connection in macOS. The drive functions normally when connected directly to the computer with all files detected. Reducing and simplifying file count and directory structure is not an option. The drive is formatted in exFAT
