Having problems dropping out with a Linksys router. Provider suggests removing DHCP usually works how can I do it?

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

Normally once the RE200 set up successfully with the Linksys router, the DHCP would be turned off automatically.

May I know the current hardware and firmware version of the RE200?

And what is the model number of the Linksys router?

Will the 2.4ghz and 5ghz turn off when the internet dropped out?
