I have an AC 759 RE205 wifi extender that will not currently work inly with my xbox series x, my xbox tells me "Can't get IP address". It was working for a week or two but now that is all it says and I haven't changes anything about it. I'm not sure why it quit working but if someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to forward your case to the senior engineers.

And could you please help me check the following information:

1.Currently,  Did both 2.4ghz and 5ghz have the same issue? How about connecting the Xbox via cable to the RE205? Would that make any difference?

2.What is the model number of the home router and have you set up any MAC filtering on the router?

By the way, what are the hardware and firmware versions of the RE205?

@TP-Link mine seems to only have issues with an ethernet cable do you have any solutions to that?
