May I know the model number of the AC1300 adapter, is it T3U or T4U?
What is the model number of the wireless router? Does it have 5G network? What if you connect this computer to the 5G network, will it be stable?
How about other devices in the network, are they connected to the 2.4G network stably? You can try to modify the wireless settings on the router, run a Wi-Fi analyzer on the PC to verify which channel is busy and which is clear, then choose a clear channel on the router, change the channel width to 20MHz, then reboot both the router and the PC to confirm.

Hey @Kevin_Z ! Its Archer T6E. I am not disconnecting now all the time but my 2.4ghz network spikes up to 2000 once in 10 mins and isnt stable at all. 5ghz is more stable but spikes to 100 ping once in a hour. This issue is only with my wifi adapter. My old tp-link wifi adapter had same problems but they were not so severe.

Thanks for getting back with all the detailed info. What is the model number of the wireless router? Have you modified the wireless settings on it?
You may try to reinstall the driver from the below link, then check:
https://static.tp-link.com/2019/201911/20191129/T6E Driver_BCM_4352_QAM256_win10_beta.zip
You need to uninstall all the other drivers for this adapter, then install it manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/.
