Deco S4 power adapter barrel plug size
Anyone able to help me on this.
I am considering to purchase the S4. However, the ideal location to place one of the units (which even made me consider this product in the first place) does not have a power outlet close enough. I was thinking of purchasing a cable to extend the existing length of the power adapter that would come in the box, and thus I would need to know the size of the barrel plug that is on the S4.
Would appreciate if someone could shed some light on this.
Thanks !

Thanks for your patience.
I am afraid we haven’t tested the adapter barrel size yet.
If anyone bought the device already, it would be highly appreciated that you could share it with us;
And here is the info shared by one of our customers before in case other customers needed:
For Deco M9 plus:
The external diameter is 5.3(+/- 0.2)mm, and the internal diameter is 2.1(+/-0.1)mm.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

I just measured my adaptor for my s4 and it's 5mm x 3mm which doesn't seem to be standard anywhere? unless i'm measuring wrong but i don't think I am O_o.
Would a 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel work with this??

Hi, Did you measure like this:
2.1*5.5*9.0mm is the regular size of the coaxial plug of DC output and it should be fine.

I had to do the same with my S4
If you do a search on eBay for "DC Power Supply Extension Cable Wire 12V for CCTV Camera/DVR/PSU Lead 5M/10M" you will find what you need.
