Connected to extender and the bar is full BUT no internet connection
I've been using the extender for almost a month now and it was fine but now suddenly it says 'no internet connection'. The bar is full when I'm connected to the extender but it has no internet. I have tried the steps which is recommended but it didn't work. What seems to be the problem?

May I know the model number of your main router?
Could you please help me check the IP address and gateway when there is no internet connection to the 860RE?
By the way, have you tried to reset the 860RE and set it up again?
