Model: Deco M9 Plus

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.2.10 Build 20190809 Rel. 54285

Today i was tried updated firmware via M9Plus_2.0_upgrade_tool_v1.1.0_win32.

I downloaded latest firmware from TP-link official store. The firmware is M9Plus 2.0_en_1.4.3 Build 20200921 Rel. 42500_up

I able to login upgrade tool and upload & update firmware successfully without any error/issue prompt on the upgrade tool. But the problem is there are not showing the latest firmware version on my Deco app.

I using same wireless network of deco router to update firmware.

My question is
1) Is this actually update successful?
2) what my objective is this latest firmware version allow me to access the web UI? http://tplinkdeco.net

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

The latest firmware is 1.4.3 and if the Decos are on this firmware, then the firmware upgrade is successful.

--you could click the middle internet global and click each Deco, at the bottom next page, it would show up the current firmware version;

And the firmware above 1.4.0 of the Deco M9 plus would support the web UI via http://tplinkdeco.net
