Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Default

Good day!


For the below problem do i need to exchange the product under warranty (or) do I have workaround for factory defaults.

 

1.) Unable to connect to router.

2.) http://tplinkwifi.net not launching in Firefox or Edge web browser.

3.) Factory reset button in appliance, not working after long press say 10 to 30 sec.

Will the LEDs on the front panel change when you press and hold the reset button on the C6? If not, the reset button may not function properly as you guessed, you can contact the local tech support to request a replacement if it is still in warranty:
