Hi!

In my network, the TP-Link Deco chose a channel wisely for 2.4 GHz. However, for 5 GHz almost the entire spectrum is free except for one channel where several of my neighbors have their networks on. Naturally, TP-Link chose that channel resulting in interference.

In the app, the user currently cannot select a channel. This is because the mesh is self-repairing. However, there is still room for middle ground:

Please add a feature for the user to for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz separately:

- to select a channel

- to select a preferred mode:

-- default (TP-Link essentially ignores the user set channel)

-- preferred (TP-Link attempts to select the user preferred channel if it is equal or not significantly worse than the current channel)

-- forced (TP-Link selects the user preferred channel and remains on it unless if the mesh breaks - in this case, another channel can be selected)
