Hello everyone!

Yesterday I finished building my new gaming pc.After installing windows,etc..I installed the driver for Archer T3U Adapter.The adapter is not working properly.I have problems like connecting/disconnecting, not showing available networks, high ping, ping spikes.The ISP couldn't help me unfortunately.The windows version I'm using is windows 10 pro.

If someone knows how to fix that, I'll appreciate some help. Thank you.

@gjaf

Sorry to hear that this adapter causes a lot of issues, we will try to locate the issue, then fix it, please check verify some info as below:

1. May I know which driver are you on now? Please kindly verify what is the driver version and system version of the Windows 10 as this: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/.

2. Just to confirm, are you plugging it into the USB2.0 port or into the USB3.0 port? What if you try the opposite?

3. You can try to install this driver on the Windows 10 manually, then monitor if it performs good:

You need to uninstall all the other drivers for this adapter, then install it manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/.

BTW, what is the model number of the wireless router?
