Deco M4 - Netflix stops streaming on smart TV
Installed the 3 pack M4 few days ago and everything seems fine except one, extremely annoying, thing: Netflix on a Samsung smart TV stops streaming after 5 minutes from when I hit the play button on the remote. I get a tvq-pb-101 (3.1.-82) error code, which means you'll need to disconnect the TV from power in order to resolve this.
Youtube and all other content of TV don't have any problem. Even after Netflix stops, I can switch to Youtube and stream there. TV also indicates it's connected to the network while Netflix stopped working.
The system is in router (not AP) mode, and that's about all I know regarding configuration.
Please help!

Hi, thanks for your patience.
We would like to forward your case to the senior engineers and could you please help me check the following information:
- Except the smart TV, are you able to access the Netflix via mobile phone and laptop?
- Have you set up any parental control on the Deco M4?
- Is there any change recently, like a firmware update?
- If you follow the notice on the TV and reboot the smart TV, would Netflix start working again?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Netflix works fine on other devices (iPad, iPhone) while connected to Deco.

2. Have you set up any parental control on the Deco M4?
No

3. Is there any change recently, like a firmware update?
I only have Deco installed for about 1 week now. The problem occurred straight out of the box, and continued after updating the FW to the latest version (1.4.3 build 20200918 Rel. 74289).

After rebooting the smart TV, Netflix would start streaming again, and will stop exactly after 5:50 minutes of streaming, display 'loading 25%' for about a minute, and then display the error. This will happen after every reboot.
The TV is still connected to the internet (Youtube works).
Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.
Could you please try to change the DNS server on the Deco to have a look?
--it is under More>advanced>IPV4>Dynamic IP>Primary DNS/Secondary DNS;
And if possible, please try to turn off the fast roaming, beam forming on the Deco APP and Mesh Technology under the device settings of the smart TV to see if these made any difference;
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

@Asaft Turn off beam forming. Reboot decos. Worked for me.

Thanks @MrLoz. Beam forming was already disabled. I pretty much gave up. Got my old router back on to support the TV.
