Hi all,

I came home to find non of my smart plugs were responding, from what I can gather there may be a fault with the range extender as the 2.4ghz light is not coming on.

I've tried resetting etc but getting nowhere.

I have the power, wifi and 5ghz light, but that's it.

It's connected to a BT hub5, I bought the extender because for some reason the BT hub won't work with the plugs even though it's dual-frequency.

 

I don't pretend to be a tech whiz by any stretch of the imagination but have a novice knowledge.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, thanks for your patience.

When the 2.4ghz LED is off, are you still able to detect the 2.4ghz wireless signal

Have you tried to log into the RE200 via http://tplinkrepeater.net and go to wireless> host network and scan for the 2.4ghz wireless network again?

By the way, may I know the hardware and firmware version on the RE220?
