Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version:

Wireless dropped off modem and got it back up again. Ok on rest of system and main deco. The secondary deco reports being offline and has blue light blinking. Cannot get beyond that. Have moved to with 2 metres to main deco but no luck

Hi,

When the Deco E4 is blinking blue, which means it has not been set up yet;

So have you tried to add it up on the Deco APP?

--if tried and failed to add it on, would there be any error message on the Deco APP and can I have a picture of that?

Would the setup be successful if connecting the satellite Deco via cable to the main Deco?
