Bought new deco m4 recently. I connected it working, but the problem is my download speed dropped to 2 mbps, while my upload speed went up as much as 100mbs then averaged at aroun 70-80 mbps.

Did the speed stay on 2m/s all the time, or it starts with 100m/s, the declines to 2m/s gradually?
Did it happen to all the devices or just a particular device?
Have you checked the CPE capacity when the speed dropped to 2m/s on the web UI( via http://tplinkdeco.net )?
What is the working mode on the Deco M4, wireless router or access point?

1. My download speed started from .9m/s the stuggle to reach 1 to 2m/s
2. Yes all devices experienced the same drop in download speed while upload speed remain high
3. Cpu load =59 memory =47
4. Working mode is router mode
