hello,

 

i have follwed all the guides and bluetooth does not show at all. i have installed the latest drivers from the website and nothing has changed. the 9 Pin usb is connected into my motherboard and nothing. WiFi is working just great.

BTW, can you please confirm which Bluetooth driver are you using? Please try to install the latest driver manually, then confirm:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30061/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10

 

If possible, try this adapter on another PC and check if the Bluetooth works.
