Is the hardware version of the WN821N v2? This seems quite an old version, we cannot guarantee it is compatible with the Windows 10.
You can check if you can try the driver for the Windows 8 on the official website from Atheros, the chipset maker:

Then refer to the guide below to install it manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/.
If this doesn't work, I'm afraid it is not compatible.
