But with no WPS button on the Deco unit how do I copy network name etc so they work like one network?

May I know the model number of your AV1300?
If WPS is not available, please find the IP address of the AC1300 on the Deco APP and log into the web interface of the powerline extender to manually change the wireless SSID;
