Deco cloud management under Access Point Mode
Hi there,
I'm running a couple of Decos behind a load balancer etc. I've noticed that cloud management doesn't work in this mode.
Is there a way I can enable this? Does any one know what Port it runs on? Feels like something they should let people know. I ran a similar set up in my home as well and ran into the same issues.

Hi,
Deco did support cloud management under the access point mode.
Would there be any error message when you failed to manage it?
And as for the load balancer, did you refer to the internet gateway?

Cloud Management only works when I'm on the internal network, not when I'm away from the network. I imagine it's because some ports are not available so I'm trying to figure out what ports the platform uses to make it available.
When I try to open the Cloud Management outside of the network, it says "We couldn't find Deco. Something went wrong with the CLoud service. Please try again. If you are still unsuccessful after several attempt, connect to your Deco's Wi-Fi network and try again."

Hi,
Have you tried to refresh the Deco APP or log out and sign in again to have a look?
If possible, would you please try to log into the Deco APP on another phone to have a look?
By the way, could you please send me the MAC address on the bottom label of the main Deco?

1. Yes I have refreshed the Deco APP / logged out and signed in again.
2. I'll try another mobile phone but I expect it to be the same

I have 2 other Deco m5s on the network. Do you want the Mac address there too?

Thanks for your patience.
After checking with the engineers, they checked that the main Deco was offline from the cloud server.
If possible, could you please turn off the antivirus system or firewall on the main router to have a look?
By the way, what is the model number of your internet gateway?

The router name is Unified Services Router - DSR-500
As of right now, there are no firewall rules set. When I connect to the network, the Deco routers are able to self update so I know they have connectivity

I've opened port forwarding for all ports and now the error message is different. Can you check the device again to see if it's responding now?
