Hi,

I installed Deco E4R in my house. And I got some cases where several laptops keep disconnected from the wifi. I need to reconnect eventhough I have set the option to auto reconnect on the laptops. Sometimes there is also a case it is connected but does not have network/internet connection. So I will need to disconnect and reconnect back. This only happen to several laptops and happened after switching to deco E4R.. Does anyone encounter the same issue?

Hi,

Did only these several laptops get affected? How about other mobile devices?

Are they all on the same brand?

--if yes, what are the model number and operating system of these computers?

Have you tried to reserve the IP addresses for these computers?

@TP-Link This happened to a different laptop from different brand, different spec . Mostly are using windows 10. So far none having problem on mobile device .. I did try reserve for one Laptop but still having problems. Any other advise? Thanks
