If I am connected to the modem, our internet speed is 30mbps. But when I am connected or using the deco M4 the internet speed becomes .5-2mbps. Please help

Hi, sorry for the delay.

Did you still have the same slow speed issue on the Deco M4？

If yes, please help me check the following information:

1. Did both wireless and Ethernet have the same slow speed？

2. if only leaving the main Deco, would the speed still be limited to 0.5-2m/s？
