I've connected the link extender via a laptop and then via the tether app. Both times the set up appears to work but none of the signal lights ever come on even if left for 15 minutes next to the router. On the tether app it shows the problem as the connection between the router and the extender but nothing seems to fix the issue. I have restarted the router, reset the extender and gone through the setup process multiple times with the extender in various locations all with the same outcome / issue.
