Firmware Version: 1.49

I have a fritzbox 7530 and behind that my master deco P7 with LAN pass through to my Masterswitch TL-SG2424 V2.

If I use the deco app to check the internet speed I get 137Mbit but behind that I get only 30Mbit. I have no QoS settings added.

This not all the time happening but at least 70% of the time.

I have rebooted and disconnected all devices nd it´s still happening.

It looks like the Masterdeco is screwing down the internet speed.

When is there a firmware update planned to possible fix this?

Did you still have the same slow speed issue on the Deco P7?

If yes, could you please help me check the following details:

  1. How are the satellite Deco units connected to the main Deco, via Ethernet cable or powerline and wireless backhaul?
  2. Did both wired clients and wireless clients have the same slow speed issue?
  3. May I know how long have you had the P7 and when did this issue start?

3 are connected via Ethernet, 2 via wifi/powerline

behind the masterdeco everything is low (wifi and lan)

I have the P7 1 year. Issue started in Feb 2021

Thanks for the quick reply.

If possible, could you please help me get the following information so that I could forward your case to the senior engineers directly

   1.Did the Frizbox work as DSL bridge modem or a DSL modem router?

   2.How much speed you are supposed to get from the Fritzbox 7530?

   3.If possible, please remove the TL-SG2424 from the main P7 and connect a computer via Ethernet cable to the P7 directly and run the speed test;

     --after that, please send me the screen-shot of the speed test as well as the adapter information on the computer:

(Adapter information For Windows PC only)

1.Press WIN+R on the keyboard, type in “cmd” and enter, you will see a small black window.

2.In the small black window, type in “ipconfig /all” and press enter, the information of your network adapters will be printed.

3.Please copy the whole content of this window while contacting us, this information would be more helpful when troubleshooting this issue.
