I updated the firmware via the tether app, after the update the extender is offline, there is only a steady green LED light above the on / off icon, I tried to reset for 15 sec, but the situation is not changed, I can not enter the extender, as it does not appear in the various wifi available

Have you tried to change another power socket and reset it again to see if there is any change?
If not, since there is no way to do a firmware recovery on the RE200, I am sorry that you might need to contact the shop retailer to claim warranty.
