Archer AX73 Connection issues with all devices
Hello Fans of Tp Link,
I used one old router Tp link Archer C20i and decided to change. From Monday (1.02.2021) I had a new baby Archer AX73. Configure all settings and turn on.
What I found is that most of my devices droped or connection dissapear even wired one. I tried to check the logs but I found only following:

The firmware is the newest possbile on the device.
I switch off the OFDMA and TWT to tried without this. Only Smart connect is enable (this is one of the reason why I bought).
In comparison of Archer 20Ci, event 2,4Ghz radio is small which is little surprice for me.
From where I can start to fix the issue with connection?
Thank you in advance.

@Ivaylo
I have no luck ..
Clear configuration I only add my laptop MAC to get connected to ISP.
Setup Wi-fi and connected my laptop.
When I plug NAS LAN cable router start reboots.
This is not normal!
I will open a new discussion to search for people with this router and NAS connected.

Can you please confirm the LED status again when the internet drops on the AX73, especially the Internet LED, is it orange or green when the internet drops? How about other LEDs, are they showing up correctly as per the status displayed on the User Guide?
Please also check if you can still get a valid IP address from the AX73 on the PC which is connected to the AX73 via cable, if there is an IP address, try to ping the AX73, show us the results:

Just to confirm, who is your ISP? What's the model number of the old router? Is the WAN connection type Dynamic IP or PPPoE? Is the WAN IP address and DNS server address the same as on the AX73?

@Clades Having the same issue with my 10 day old ax73. just sent a support request.
Had an old archer c9 maybe reset it 4 times in 6 years. With this one its been a headache.
Had so much confidence in tplink that called xfinity and spent like 6 hours with technitians on my site even had a supervisor, made tons of test, all checks ok.
I hope this gets resoved URGENTLY!.
