Hi, as far as I know, this UB400 should be plug and play on the Windows 10, can you please go to the device manager to check if you can find this device there, what is the status of it?

What is the Windows 10 version? Please check it by Pressing Win+R key, input “msinfo32” in the Run window, you will get the system information screen, show me the screenshot, thanks.

Just to confirm, was it working fine before on the same Windows 10 computer? Was there any change on the Windows 10 before it stops working?

Can you please show me the detailed system version of the Windows 10 64 bit, you may check it as per the guide here:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

Was there any error message when you plug in the UB400 into the computer? What if you try to update its driver as this:

In Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Devices > "CSR Bluecore Bluetooth":

  1. right click on it, select "Update Driver"
  2. Select "Browse my computer.."
  3. Select "Choose from a list of available drivers..."
  4. Choose "Generic Bluetooth Adapter".
  5. A Bluetooth section will appear in the device manager.
  6. You will be prompted to restart for completion.
