TP-Link Deco M4 speed limit issue

Recently I increased my Internet speed to 300Mbps. When I connect internet cable directly i can see almost 300Mbps speed but when I connect through Deco speed is between 160Mbps to 190Mbps. It is not crossing 200Mbps. How Can I get Max speed ?
