why aren't my Deco M9s v1 updating to fw 1.5.0?

Does not look like V1 specific issue. I have M9 V2, I am located in Canada, TP-Link Support Canada Web site lists firmware 1.5 as available, but it is not in app or in Web interface.
I know it worked before, my M9 were upgraded to 1.4.3 in Deco app.

Dont do the upgrade I did it and now my satellite turn red all the time, its not possible to downgrade.

Hi,
I can see that your current firmware is 1.5.1 Build 20210126 Rel. 59387, right?
Could you please help me check the following information:
Did the Deco M9 work in the wireless router mode?
Would moving the satellite Deco much closer to the main Deco help or not?
What need you do to make the satellite Deco green again, rebooting the Deco or it would come green automatically?
