i am having a tplink ax1500 router, since the last update orange internet is comming up after every 20 min ,there is no issue on modem side . Can someone tell me how to downgrade or solve this issues ?
Have you already tried to downgrade to the previous version, and it is not allowed? If you cannot downgrade the firmware, please help verify the below details, and we will try to help you out:
Is the model number Archer AX1500 or Archer AX10 on the device bottom label? Is it V1 or V1.20?
May I know who is your ISP? What is the network bandwidth provided by your ISP?
When the internet drops on the AX1500, and the internet LED is orange, can you access its web interface at that time? If yes, what are the WAN IP address and default gateway?
Will the internet recover automatically without any changes or modifications? Please try to reset the router to factory defaults, reconfigure it from scratch, then confirm.
Which firmware were you trying to downgrade to? As you can see from the release note, you can only be downgraded to the 200827 version, but not the 200825:

Back to the disconnect issue, please try to change the WAN/Internet DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4, then reboot the AX10 to confirm again.
