May I know the model number of your camera?
Did you mean that the camera failed to connect the wireless network of Deco?
Would there be any error message?
Have you tried to enable the guest network with 2.4ghz only to see whether the camera could connect to the guest network?

Hi,
Did you try to enable the guest network for 2.4ghz only(maybe cancel the network security temporarily if possible) to have a test？
And please also turn off the fast roaming on the Deco E4;
