Periodically the device just reboots.

All the lights go off and it restarts itself, throwing everyone connected off.

 

It seems that the log gets cleared on a reboot.

So there are no errors or clues in the log.

Any way to avoid this?

 

It is brand new and very frustrating.

I still have to complete the "are you happy with your purchase?" feedback.

 

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried to reset the RE650 once and check again if the issue still existed?

By the way, could it be possible to record a short video about the reboot process?

Reset to factory settings?
It has been rebooted almost every day since I got it.

 

A video of the lights coming on and off?
