Hi.

If i switch off my 2,4ghz,and only leave the 5 ghz on, my wifi does not work at all?

It seems like my mesh system is only operating on 2,4ghz.

When I test my network speed on my DEco app it indicates 190 mbps upload/download. But when I test the speed on an speed app the speed acheived is only about 60 mbps upload/download.

Please assist.

Hi

 

I switched the units around and now the 5ghz works again.

 

Link Speed - When i Stand next to the unit the tx speed goes to 867 Mbps, but it varies alot if I move a little.

 

I bought the items very recently - 2 weeks.

Hi,

When the 2.4ghz is off, are you still able to detect any wireless signal and please also monitor via Wi-Fi analyzer to check the signal strengthen of the 5ghz;

And on the device itself, could you please help me check the wireless link speed as well, such as:

By the way, how long have you had the Deco units?
