Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254(5553)

Hello...

I have a very  trickey issue.

When i stream the radio paradise flac stream over to a NAD C658 BluOS streamer it constantly buffers when the device is connected over ethernet, if i switch to WIFI 5GHz it works perfectly.

Now, i have eliminated the ethernet cable and the NAD device  combination by connecting an old Sagemcom wifi router and the music streams with no buffering.

So the issue ONLY happens when i connect the TP-link Archer AX6000 v1 router over ethernet to the NAD C658 streaming device.

So i have  come here for help, Bluesound/NAD have said as this works over Sagemcom wifi router perfectly it is not an issue for them to fix.

What is the setting in the AX6000 router that is causing this issue?.

I nave tried QoS, given the NAD C658 de ice priority, etc. Also the NAD streamer connects to the AX6000 lan port at 1000mbps.

Is it a known issue ? Is there a firmware update available?

Please Help.

Thanks

@jharisha

Is this issue resolved if you upgrade the router firmware to the latest?

If still no help, try to enable the IGMP proxy and IGMP Snooping feature. You can go to the Advanced > Network > IPTV page to enable it.
