Firmware Version: 1.0.5

Hi,

 

I bought 2 packs of Deco x60.

The first setup went well. But when I have tried to connect again in another location, the satellite doesn't connect.

 

The satellite LED repeats Yellow-> Red Blink-> Off.

Satellite does not appear in his Deco App on my iPhone.

 

The Main Deco LED is Green, which is also correctly displayed on the iPhone Deco App.

I can also connect to the Internet via the network.
The only problem is Satellite.

 

I have tried resetting Satellite many times (bottom reset button).
But it doesn't improve.


Can you tell me what to do?

Hi,

May I know the distance between each Deco?

If moving back the satellite Deco near the main one, would it connect to the main Deco and get green again?

I have already put the satellite unit next to the main one.
I've also tried to connect the satellite to the main unit with an Ethernet cable.

But nothing has changed...
