purchase the above model on recommendation for my outhouse tv. Configuration and connection to the stick was fine and it says the connection is very good but the stick still won't load up.

@TrigsTavern so far we've tried:
different plugs
Clear cache on firestick
it's hard as the connection is showing as very good but then the app in question won't load up saying check network connection. 🤷🏻♂️
Hi, except for the firestick, how about other devices connected to the RE300, and were they working fine?
Have you checked the IP address and default gateway on the firestick?
And did it still work with the main router’s network?
