Is there a way to include the mesh network from Deco M4 to the Deco app without setting up. The network is already set up but the app does not allow to add it to app without going through the entire setup process, that would mean resetting network to factory settings

I believe they mean that you will have to add a manager using the account that was used to set it up. After that, once you login with the new account you will see it listed.

@Bernardowb I have the same issue.. 

New phone Installed App again and login done.

 

Want to add current wifi also without changing the setup?

Did you had an answer?

Hi,

If the Deco has been bound to another email account already, please try to add the current email account as the manager to control the Deco on the APP.

(please go to more>manager;)

@TP-Link First thanks for the quick response.. downloading the app.. installed it.. started app. only option i have is to iphone to "paint Your home in Wi-fi and then i select that and it starts with Identify you Deco where i can select the devicesi can add.

 

The tree stripes on the left brings me to the screen where i see Deco Lab and About. there is no more - Manager option in the app on iphone

Yes, you got me.

If the Deco has been set up already with another email and you did not want to reset it and set it up again, you might need to contact the previous set-up account(the owner account) and add your email as the manager account.

How did you solve your issue? I have a new mobile phone anf the same problem. I can login but no chance to add the M4 network that is running. I don´t want to make a complete setup again.

So I have not changed the email address.
