EU/India Firmware for Archer A6 v3 ?

Model: Archer A6
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20201117 rel.41066(5553)

Hi,

I recently purchased Archer A6 v3. I'm based in India.

The firmware installed is following:

1.0.5 Build 20201117 rel.41066(5553)  which seems US based FW

When I enable Smart Connect to have common SSID for 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz, I do not get an option to select the channel for 5Ghz. The channel selected is '153' automatically.

I have RE200 Extender which only supports only Band 1, which includes channel 36,40,44,48. Due to this, my RE200 is unable to connect to Archer A6 v3.

The only option I have is to disable Smart Connect on my A6 and then manually select band. I was wondering if there is EU/India based FW which might select Band1 in Auto/Smart Connect mode. Any other options?

@netguru

Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.

I am afraid that there is no EU firmware for Archer A6 v3 yet and the US version could not be updated to the EU version as well;

If possible, please try to disable the smart connect and then manually set up the same SSID for the 2.4ghz and 5ghz to have a look;

Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.
