Hi there my TP LINK EXt is not working, The blue light is on WIreless and Power but the rest are off, I am able to reset but when I try connect the router to the extender, it doesnt work. Please help

May I know the model number of your home router?
How long have you had the extender and when did this issue start?
Have you tried to reset the 850RE and set it up again via the web interface, or via the WPS button?
