Archer C6 2.4 ghz disconnection
Hi Ive just bought Archer A6 EU and it came with 1.3.6 version. Only problem is 2.4ghz band network got disconnected and not able to recover until I reboot it. All lights are ok. Just we are not able connect. Only happening with 2.4ghz. please help

Hi,
Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the 2.4ghz, such as channel 11 and channel width 20mhz?
By the way, did all the mobile devices have the same issue?
When the 2.4ghz got disconnected, the device was still connected to the Wi-Fi, but no internet or the Wi-Fi has been disconnected already?
How about the dropping frequency of the 2.4ghz?

Hi Kevin,
All devices on 2.4 gets disconnected , the network still show available to connect, but we cannot connect.
I've switched to channel 11 now and channel width to 40MHz and testing now. Lets see if this solve the issue or not.

If those modifications doesn't help, try to install the beta firmware on the C6 router. You can get the firmware here:

@Kevin_Z are you sure this will work. And My friend has a US version. He is not facing such issues
