Morning All

I just ordered a 2pack of the Deco M4.

I am now preplanning my network setup.

Currently I have an incoming 1gbs fibre into an ONT, from there it runs to a router which broadcasts my 2 wifi networks (2.4ghz and 5ghz).

I don't mind having replacing my current router with one M4 as a new router or keeping my current router and just disable the wifis and let the M4's broadcast the network.

My query is, what set up with give the best speeds? In my mind I'm thinking it should be as the M4 as my router as it removes another hop through my current router to get to the net?

Hi,

It is recommended to replace the Deco M4 with the current router and let Deco M4 work as the DHCP router;
