Hi all, i have C6 as router, also re505x and re300 as onemesh repeaters. Re505 locate in kitchen, re300 in bedroom. And, when I'm going with laptop or cellphone from bedroom to kitchen, for example, device still be connected to bedroom's repeater. Speed is very slow because signal is bad and YouTube may freeze, but reconnect to next repeater may take 1-2 minutes or more. That's not look like amazing mesh. Does anybody have same issue? Does it have any solution?

@EugeneP

Please verify and confirm if the firmware on all these routers and extenders are up-to-date, and show us how are the two extenders connected to the Archer C6 router. Are they both connected to the C6 via Onemesh? Please ensure they join the Onemesh network successfully, you can check this on the C6 web interface page, where will shou you the Onemesh devices in this network. BTW, where is the C6 located?

Please check if the Smart Connect feature is on or off, you may try the opposite setting to check if it will help.

Are all devices behaving the same, or only some specific phones or mobile devices encounter this issue you are reporting?

@Kevin_Z thanks. Reconnect to the nearest extenter can take up to 2 minutes. I made the experiment: start copy a file between 2 laptops near one of the repeaters. Speed was amazing, about 10Mb/s. Next, I took both laptops and went to the kitchen, where the second repeater locate. I thought laptops should reconnect to the next repeater and the speed would remain good, but speed had down to 2Mb/s. I waited about 5 minutes but the speed didn't grow. I checked routed web UI, and laptops were linked to the bedroom's repeater. But usually a device reconnects in about 1 min. I can make video or/and send logs of extenders and router.
