For the screen time, did you mean the spent-online time here?

And have you checked the start time and end time to see whether it is the same as the time control?

As for the websites, have you tried to block the website which you never browsed?

Maybe it is a system app that would be activated once the device is online;

For the Spotify,  did you checked the insight>history as well？(inside the history, it would display the last 100 profiles)
