Model: TL-WR940N
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 3.20.1 Build 200316 Rel.34392n (4555)

I have a TL-WR940N router, and then last firmware 3.20.1.

To access the router remotely, remote management, I can't use http protocol, it always redirects me to https, is there a way to fix it or disable access only by http?

If I access from the local network there is no problem, but from outside the network it always redirects me.

I have configured 2 diferents ports in remote management section, one for http protocol and another for https, example http port 7781, https port 7743, if go at http://myip:7781 redirects always to http://myip:7743 In local ports have a check for activate/desadctivate htttps access, but not in remote ports.

Because? How do I change it?

Thanks in advance.

@yanguel

Hi, as per the settings on the web interface page, it seems we cannot disable the https login for the remote access, which would be considered as security risk.
