Hi, as long as you keep the product, there would be technical support available.
As for the stock, I am afraid that the local sales team might be much more familiar with it;
For the firmware, it might be much better to keep attention to the local official website and once there is any newer firmware, it would be released on the websites at once.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support.

Hi,
If the feature requests are related to Deco APP, they would be improved via the APP upgrade and for other features requests, it might take a little bit longer.
And if there are any security flaws/serious bugs that need to be fixed, there would be new firmware released the same as other models.
Thank you very much.

OMG. How long this product life was? 36 months? That is all? Vendors support their products for 2 years at least. Looks like your dev team is running late. Marketing is releasing products faster than the DEV team is making firmware for them.
I would never buy anything from this company. Really. Functionality is poor, devices need to be rebooted once per month because of performance degradation.
BTW: so there are no new products with PLC support. Maybe because your DEV team struggling to make it work as it should? I can prove that mesh does not work as it should. I have meeting and when I'm moving with my phone from floor to floor - it is disconnecting in 2-3 seconds. But should not. Or it does not connect to the correct AP even if it's much closer. But when disable and enable Wi-Fi again - I see a good signal.
In Facebook, we started a company to do not buy TP-Link products, because in another way your managers would not see this and would not start thinking. This rush with products is killing your team. I think if there are no firmware for 6 months for the router - it's dead support.
There are so many things that can be improved, functionality that can be expanded. But you added unneeded features to the app instead of making M3W to show devices connected to it.
Good luck!
