Hi,

 

i was trying to update my RE200 by app TETHER. Procces was fine, on the screen on my phone was written Upgrade succesfull..So I unplug RE 200 from socket and plug it to the diferent one on the right place (where I wanted to use it). But just power on light is steady shining now. How can I unbrick it?

@jirka1022 Good day,

Please try a factory reset on range extender: Power it on and wait power led to be solid.  Use a pin to push reset hole for about 10 secs until most LEDs flash once which means it resets to factory default.  

Please check if range extender is broadcasting SSID (Wi-Fi name ) like TP-LINK _extender, or TP-link range extender XX.

Sorry to say that but it looks hardware failure if no SSID is broadcasting after factory reset, please contact local support or retailer to check warranty:
