@Kepro I ended up getting rid of it as nothing seemed to work and I got 2 faulty units back to back.

Hi, do you mean the replacement also has the same issue as the previous unit? Would you like to troubleshoot with the engineers again?

@Kepro

Hi, is your ISP also Jio? Is the AX10 the main router, or it is also working as an Access Point? Kindly send us the whole system log on the AX10, including those before and after the internet drops.

@Kepro

Is the AX10 working as an Access Point or as a main router? Who is your ISP?

Kindly share with us the whole system log on the AX10 before and after the internet drops via email, don't reboot the router, which will clear the necessary log to verify the cause of disconnect.

@rich123456789

I thought your issue was escalated to the engineers via email, can you please confirm? You can check if the email was dropped to the junk email, please reply them with the necessary information, they will help verify if the issue.

I have the exact same issue.

Bought the router in February and it had been working fine with no trouble at all until just a couple weeks ago. Now, it randomly goes orange on the WAN and the connection simply doesn't exist any longer. It happened twice today that I know of. The first time it was orange for about a minute, and the second time there was no access for nearly 5 minutes. After that, it just kicked back in and started working again.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have seen it happen a half dozen times, but my wife and kids have reported it to me at least a dozen more times. So, I guess it may average twice a day or so.

Today, I had the day off work, so I updated the firmware after it happened the first time, hoping that it would solve the issue, but, as mentioned, it happened again later.

Additionally, I had a laptop ready to go wired directly to the modem in case the light went orange again. The internet was still working fine, the router was simply no longer routing!

I would really like to find the solution to this as a 5 month old router shouldn't be having an issue holding a connection from a functional modem - certainly not after it had worked consistently for 4 months with no trouble whatsoever.
