Hi, 

Did the printer connect to Deco via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable?

Would there be any error message when it failed to connect?

Could you please refer to the following suggestions:

1. Enable the guest Wi-Fi for 2.4ghz only with a different SSID;

2. turn off the fast roaming  and beamforming on the Deco APP;
