1. Is there any to monitor what my other connected users are doing on the internet?
2. How to Hide my Deco's SSID?

As for monitoring the internet activity, you could try to add the device under parental control profile and review the profile insight-history to check the previous network activity;
And for hiding the SSID, please go to More>Advanced>wifi >click the network(SSID) and on the next page, you will see 'hide this network from wifi list';
