Archer AX11000 slow download wifi speeds

I have a 1 Gig fibre connection and i am getting full speeds through ethernet about 920 down 500 up but all 3 of my wifi networks are slow. Im testing using my iPhone 12 pro on my 5GHz-2 connection and its the only device connected to it. I have tryed multiple setting but can seem to get my download speed past about 150Mbps the upload seems fine around 3-400Mbps my old AC had no issue getting to 600Mbps down. Surely theres a easy fix?
Is it on Standard mode?
If it is already on Standard mode, it is suggested to reset the AX11000 to factory default settings to clear all settings on it, then reconfigure it from scratch to confirm again, don't change any other settings first, just set up the internet and wireless settings. If the speed is normal when connecting to the wireless network, then you can modify other advanced settings as you like one at a time, monitor if any will affect the speed on the router, we can then analyze further.
